Meet Mr. Murillo

As a graduate of the University of Oregon, Mr. Murillo has loved teaching because he thinks it is fun to learn! He teaches from the perspective of someone who likes to learn details, and so he often includes information that fills in the gaps of knowledge that completes the topic. Music and Art, as well Physical Education, are taught with a great understanding of Philosophy, so these subjects offer more than rote learning and often are spoken of in a faith-based context.
Mr. Murillo is very happy teaching in the Catholic setting because of the level of satisfaction he achieves being able to speak freely about faith. There is great reward in his experience for both teacher and student. Considering his students are from each grade level, he is tasked to be creative as well as informative. Therefore, he has been drawing information from his experiences in class and his freelance profession to bring more complete concepts to his classes.
