Meet Ms. Mitchell

Angela Mitchell was raised in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. She attended UCLA where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Art, with a minor in French. She has done postgraduate work in Art Education, and has enjoyed teaching in both charter and Catholic schools for the past five years.
Prior to teaching, she spent 20 years as a corporate training consultant at an international management consulting firm. There she enjoyed leading a variety of projects in marketing, strategic planning, and human resources.
Ms. Mitchell is enthusiastic about teaching young minds and being a part of their discovery of new things and new adventures. She feels that when you open a young mind to their own possibilities, they discover self-worth, and create hope for the world.
With a passion for all things art, Ms. Mitchell loves visiting museums, enjoying theatre, listening to music, hanging out with family and friends, or just snuggling with her dogs Lola and Gigi.
