Visitation Football Team Update
Congratulations to the Visitation football team who has qualified as 1 of 4 teams to compete at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum on Sunday November 27th. Our football team has competed against over 100 schools consisting of Catholic, private, charter and public schools from all over the surrounding greater Los Angeles area to qualify for this opportunity.
This is an incredible opportunity for the entire Visitation community to enjoy one of the most historic landmarks of Los Angeles while supporting our football team! You actually enter the venue through the same tunnel that the pope, various athletes, olympians, etc. have entered. The picture opportunities are incredible! Let's come together as a community to enjoy this opportunity our football team has accomplished for us!

Visitation Athletics - 2015/2016 Sports Year in Review
What an amazingly exiting and successful sports school year we have completed! 2015/2016 led to multiple championships, record number of teams and even added another new sport to campus for the second straight year.
The fall started off fast with both Varsity volleyball and football qualifying for play-offs, while 'B' Level volleyball won a league championship! Our 'B' level football and 'C'' level volleyball improved tremendously. Our cross country team performed amazingly well with several first place finishes.
The winter was full of basketball! A record high nine basketball teams represented Viz with pride all over the Los Angeles area. Multiple levels of basketball qualified for play-offs and made strong play-off runs. One team, 4th grade boys, even went undefeated!
The spring was equally as busy with our girls soccer team making another play-off run that ended in the quarter finals. Our track and field team was very successful especially at the B level placing in all 3 FIYA track meets. Our golf team wrapped up their year with personal finishes as high as 2nd place! Our 3rd and 4th grade represented Viz in a completely new sport called Futsal. Although never having had this sport at Viz, the team finished having only lost one game! 6th through 8th grade boys participated in the first ever Visitation baseball game in which they competed tremendously and had a blast. The turn out from our community was amazing. Viz fell by a single run but it was a blast. Lastly the year was concluded with our Archery team winning the championship in only our second year competing!
Needless to say, Viz has a new look and new feel about its sports program. We even have a new look and feel for a mascot.
