How is PAC different from PTO?
The purpose of the PAC is to provide guidance and advice to the Principal and Pastor regarding the development and future of our school. The PTO will continue to plan fundraisers, FUNraisers, and community building events.

When are PAC meetings?
PAC meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 2:00 p.m.

Why are the meetings at 2:00 p.m.?
The meeting time was selected based on the availability of the PAC members. In addition, evening schedules are very busy for most families with activities such as youth sports, other committee meetings, jobs, homework, and family time.

Meetings are one hour long comprised of a 40-minute open session followed by a 20-minute closed session.

What topics will be covered at meetings?
We will only discuss topics that are on the agenda. A draft of the agenda will be posted one week before the meeting. If you would like additional items added to the agenda, please email us no later than two days before the meeting. The final agenda will be posted on the day of the meeting.

Can I speak at meetings?
Yes! You can sign up to speak when you register to attend a meeting. We ask that people who want to speak register no later than later than two days before the meeting and so we can add you to the final agenda. We will not take comments from people who are not on the agenda.

You can email us with questions or concerns not related to agenda items. We will attempt to provide guidance and support, but we may need to involve the Pastor and Principal depending on the severity of the issue.
