Meet Ms. Condit
Middle School Religion and Social Studies
Catherine Condit is the 6th Grade Homeroom/Middle School Social Studies and Religion Teacher. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Society and Environment and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from University of California, Berkeley. She has always loved working with children, spending her summers in high school working at theatre camps and tutoring. She attended Catholic elementary, middle, and high school, and she is thrilled to be providing an education to the next generation.
After graduating college, she began working as a substitute teacher in Oakland Unified School District, which exposed her to the joy of classroom teaching. After moving back home to Los Angeles, she worked as a Middle School Aide at a Catholic school, specifically for Social Studies and ELA.
In her free time, she likes to play beach volleyball, explore her hometown, Los Angeles, with friends, read, garden, go hiking, and do the occasional karaoke. Catherine is thrilled to be working at Visitation, and she feels blessed to be so openly welcomed by the community! Go Bulldogs!
