Meet Sra. Rosa Serrano
Rosa Serrano was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She received her Associates in Arts in Spanish Studies in 2017 from Mount Saint Mary’s University. She then went on to earn her Bachelors in Spanish Studies with an Emphasis in Translation. Rosa has been a Teacher’s Assistant for 3 years, working in 5th-7th graders. She spent a year abroad in Granada, Spain to master the language and to learn more about Hispanic history and culture. Rosa has a passion to teach students a new language as it widens their world, the relationships they can have, and of course opens up more doors in their career path. When not teaching the Spanish language, Rosa can be found spending time with her 10-month-old daughter, Mia Sofia or playing soccer or travelling.
