The learning objectives of our Art program are to offer students a well-rounded understanding of art history, art appreciation, application of technique, and art projects. Art history includes studying artistic periods, artists and their compositions and styles. Art appreciation focuses on an introduction to contemporary artists and vocabulary. Application of technique includes all facets of illustration: composition, design, shading and perspective.
